Hey! I'm in it. Anyway, great blog post! It was really interesting to read up about the puppeteers in Japan, and the styles and forms of puppets (Mainly Bunraku). Now I'm tempted to fly over to Japan to see a show myself! I'm glad I read this, since now I understand a little more of what I'm doing onstage. Thanks!

My mom's first Pinocchio experience is kind of funny! She was real little and it was her first time going to a movie theater. She was with her mom who told her she had to be real quiet to not bother the other people. So she sat watching for what she thought was a long time (it was probably 15 minutes) and then she leaned toward her mom and whispered quietly "When this is over do they change the channel?". I think this story is kind of funny because she didn't know the difference between movies and television!
I'm having fun doing this play I am meeting lot's of new friends and I am happy to be in another play with Reba- she's nice and funny and I like that she smiles alot!!

Too cool! I used to have a studio on the fifth floor and it was fun on Fridays to lean against the walls and feel the music through the small of your back. It was also fun to be part of the first live show done on the stage since Vaudeville died (the first time), Hank Beebe's "Hold On, Molly" about Molly Phinney, her kidnapping from Freeport (the house is still there, drive out Bow Street as far as you can) by Natives (guess who played the Chief), her being sold into slavery in Quebec and her rescue by her ship captain boyfriend - who brought her back here to the town of "Falmouth", probably right where the Museum is standing today.

Good news, indeed.
